When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email, telephone number, delivery or pickup details, order items, payment reference and proof of payment. Our systems keep order records and customer communications to fulfil orders and answer queries. Do not email full card numbers or account passwords.

Why we use it

We use your information to process and verify orders, provide requested support, arrange fulfilment, prevent fraud and meet legitimate legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.

Service providers and transfers

Our hosting and data systems use Cloudflare, and order fulfilment or notifications may involve courier and communication providers. Data may be processed by service providers outside South Africa where appropriate contractual and legal safeguards apply. We do not sell customer lists.

Optional analytics and advertising

When the Google tags are configured, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags are only loaded after you choose optional analytics or advertising cookies. Advertising consent may allow relevant product reminders on other services. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from shopping. You can change your decision using the button below.

Security and retention

We restrict operational access and use administrative controls. We keep data only as needed for orders, customer support, audit records and applicable legal duties. Our specific retention periods and supplier contracts are subject to ongoing review.
